The company was involved in Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and Provincial government key cultivation of agricultural products deep processing (food) high growth enterprise in 2021,and it is an important constituent enterprise of 100 billion level ecological characteristic food industry in Guizhou Province.

黄果树酸汤米粉，选用黔东南正宗酸汤，采用野生小西红柿、糟辣椒、食盐、料酒等食材，经苗家土坛腌制发酵而成，酸味纯正、辣味悠厚、色泽鲜红。

精选上好的本地辣椒按照独家配方配出香料，用烧240°-260°的热油泼在辣椒和香料上，边泼油一边搅拌。辣椒和香料都均匀的被热油包裹，炒制好的油辣椒颗颗酥脆，喷香扑鼻。
